Wanted Persons

Persons that may see themselves on this site are encouraged to contact BCSD at 304-267-7000 and make arrangements to turn themselves in between the hours of 9am-4pm. This time window is so these persons can be brought directly to a magistrate and be afforded the opportunity to post bond.  This will reduce jail costs incurred by the county, reduce the possibility of these “wanted persons” being incarcerated during magistrate court “off hours” and reduce the possibility of being arrested in the middle of the night.

Any person with information on these wanted persons may submit an anonymous online tip on the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department web page or they can call in to the office and report this information.

Tip BouttonAnonymous tips can be made using the yellow button on the bottom of any page of the Sheriff's Department website. Calls can be places to the non-emergency line using (304) 267-7000.
