MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (April 26, 2024) – The Berkeley County Voter Registration Office is reminding voters that they can view a sample of the ballot they will receive for the May 14 Primary Election by using the Sample Ballot Lookup Tool on the West Virginia Secretary of State’s website.
To view their individual ballot, voters only need to enter their first and last name, date of birth and county of residence in the Sample Ballot Lookup Tool here.
The Berkeley County Voter Registration Office also has released cumulative sample ballots for the May 14 Primary Election that list all Republican, Democrat and Mountain Party candidates, nonpartisan candidates for judicial offices, conservation district supervisor and board of education, and nonpartisan board of education levy and fire fee questions.

Actual ballots for the May 14 election will only list the candidates for the West Virginia State Senate and House of Delegates that are seeking election from the same district(s) in which a voter resides.
REMINDER: Early voting set to begin May 1
From May 1 through May 11, excluding Sunday, registered voters can may vote early, in-person at one of the three locations: 400 West Stephen Street in Martinsburg; Bedington Ruritan, 3947 Williamsport Pike, north of Martinsburg, and South Berkeley Volunteer Fire Company substation at 4127 Winchester Avenue, south of Martinsburg. Weekday hours for early in-person voting at each location are 8 AM to 5 PM (Saturday hours are 9 AM to 5 PM)
