MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – Voters now have three locations to vote early, in-person in the upcoming 2024 General Election. Early voting is set to begin on Oct. 23 and continue through Nov. 2, excluding Sunday.
“We are pleased to provide two additional locations for early, in-person voting for the 2024 election, thanks to the support of the Berkeley County Commission and collaboration with the Bedington Ruritan Club and the South Berkeley Volunteer Fire Co., Berkeley County Clerk Anthony J. “Tony” Petrucci said.
“The hours for each early voting site also will be the same – 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.”
The three Early Voting Period locations are:

400 West Stephen Street
Martinsburg
Bedington Ruritan Club
3947 Williamsport Pike
Martinsburg
South Berkeley Volunteer Fire Company Substation
4127 Winchester Avenue
Martinsburg
Clerk Petrucci also is reminding residents of the upcoming Oct. 15 deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 5 General Election.
“There are multiple ways to register to vote in West Virginia and our staff at the Berkeley County Voter Registration Office is happy to provide assistance to any resident who may have questions about registering to vote,” Petrucci said.
