The Berkeley County Deputy Sheriff’s Civil Service Commission will be holding a Promotional Examination for the Rank of Sergeant on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 2:00PM & only 2:00PM. The exam will be held at the Berkeley County Sheriff Department’s training room, 501 S. Raleigh St, Martinsburg, WV 25401. Only those deputies who have two years of continuous service in the next lower rank with the Berkeley County Sheriff Department, at the time the vacancy (March 13, 2024) occurred will be tested.
