                                                                                         NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Berkeley County Council will meet on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 11:15 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. in the County Council Chambers at 400 West Stephen Street, Suite 205, Martinsburg for the purpose of soliciting comments on the possible implementation of a separate ambulance fee structure for commercial (not residential) customers. 

Although no decisions have been made, early discussions have included the methodology for determining commercial fees to include building occupancy, employee count, building square footage, etc. The Council welcomes input and comment from the commercial and business community.

The Council will accept comments orally and in writing at the September 1st public hearings.  The public is invited to attend.  For further information, contact the Berkeley County Ambulance Authority at 304-264-1921.
