Berkeley County Voter Registration Office Has Moved

September 18, 2019

Effective Wednesday, September 18, 2019 the Berkeley County Voter Registration Office relocated to the Berkeley County Office Complex located within the Dunn Building, 400 West Stephen Street, First Floor, Suite 106, Martinsburg, West Virginia.
